Vector Control Research Centre, Puducherry invites applications from eligible candidates for various posts in Technical Cadre. VCRC  has released notification in this regard for 14 Posts of Technical Officer, Technical Assistant, Technician – C, Technician – A, Assistant etc. Candidates fulfilling the above qualifications and willing to apply for the posts can download the application from the web site (www.vcrc.res.in), and submit the same on or before 12.02.2013 to “The Director, Vector Control Research Centre, Medical Complex, Indira Nagar, Puducherry – 605 006. The brief details are as under :

1. Technical Officer – A: 01 Post

2. Technical Assistant Statistics: 01Post

3. Technical Assistant Computer Application: 01Post

4. Technical Assistant (Life Sciences, Field Station, Koraput): 02 Posts

5. Technician – C: 04 Posts

6. Technician – A: 04 Posts

7. Assistant: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 35 years for post 1, 28 years for post 7, 18 years to 28 years for post 6, 30 years for all remaining posts.

Educational Qualification:  Candidates must possess Three Years Graduate Degree in relevant field with experience for all the posts except for Technician – C and Technician – A Intermediate is necessary. Refer notification for post wise educational qualification details.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test & Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Director, Vector Control Research Centre, Puducherry payable at Puducherry’. No Fee for SC/ST/PH candidates.
